How does this work?
TCI will provide you the same information that a new employer would find out during their reference check. We will use a licensed investigator trained in background investigations to conduct all of your reference checks for you. We will protect your confidentiality so your past and/or future employer has no idea you have initiated your own reference checks! Once we have received a list of your past employers you suspect may be giving you a bad name, we will then conduct a reference check investigation on the individual and provide you with a written report of the investigation. |
